In November 29, 2017,Qin Ying, the Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of the insititute of electronic and electrical engineering, and Wu Liping, the director of the institute office, led the guidance counselor of student office and related personnel of institute office to visit and study at Shanghai New York University.
