In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of education and teaching reviewand evaluation work, promote the digitalization of education, facilitate thereform of electrical talent training mode, promote the construction of teachingstaff and innovative development of teaching mode, full-time teachers from theDepartment of Electrical Engineering of the college participated in theteaching seminar organized by the Ministry of Education's Higher EducationElectrical Professional Education Guidance Committee.

This year, teachers from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the School of Electrical Engineering have participated in several teaching seminars on newenergy and electrical engineering in universities across the country. Amongthem, Professor Shan Hongtao attended the 7th National Symposium on New Energyand Power Electronics Technology in Universities hosted by the School ofElectrical Engineering and Automation at Harbin Institute of Technology, as well as conferences such as the "Famous Electrical Teachers Lecture Hallin Higher Education Institutions" hosted by Kunming University of Scienceand Technology. The college teachers actively exchanged and interacted withteaching masters in the field of electrical engineering in China, and conductedin-depth discussions on curriculum reform and innovation, the integration andempowerment of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence andbig data with undergraduate education and teaching, practical teaching systemreform, and modern education and teaching methods under the background of new era,new situation, and new demand.
