On October 16th, Cui Wenguo,Director of the Research Department of Ruijin Hospital, led a team to hold anonline medical engineering cross cooperation exchange meeting with the Schoolof Electronic and Electrical Engineering of our university in the field ofsmart healthcare. More than 20 teachers in the field of smart healthcare,including Li Yuanyuan, Dean of the School of Electronic and ElectricalEngineering, Gao Yongbin, Vice Dean, and Professor Guoguo Zhong, participatedin the medical engineering cross cooperation exchange meeting. Director LiRuokun of the Radiology Department of Ruijin Hospital, Director Niu Chuanxin ofthe Rehabilitation Medicine Department of Ruijin Hospital, Director Zhu Lifengof the Digital Medicine Innovation Center of Ruijin Hospital and otherdepartment leaders participated in this cooperation and exchange meeting. Thefocus of this exchange meeting is to promote comprehensive scientific researchcooperation in smart healthcare with Ruijin Hospital, as well as joint trainingof graduate students.

At the beginning of the meeting,Dean Li Yuanyuan introduced the basic situation of the School of Electronic andElectrical Engineering and expressed sincere welcome and gratitude to theleaders and experts of Ruijin Hospital who participated in the meeting.Director Cui Wenguo also gave a brief introduction to the basic situation ofscientific research at Ruijin Hospital and the attending guests. Subsequently,Vice Dean Gao Yongbin gave a detailed explanation of the research situation ofthe School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering and the cases of medicalengineering intersection. Various medical engineering intersection researchteams also supplemented and introduced their respective research achievements.

At this meeting, both parties had alively discussion on scientific research cooperation in the field of smart healthcare.Director Cui Wenguo stated that the achievements and directions of medicalengineering cross cooperation in the School of Electronic and ElectricalEngineering are very consistent with the research directions of multipledepartments at Ruijin Hospital. He looks forward to carrying out comprehensivescientific research cooperation and graduate training with the school, and willpromote and match the research achievements of the school throughout thehospital to promote in-depth exchanges and cooperation at the departmentallevel in the future.
