On the morning of November 23, the central group of the college Party committee held a special study meeting on the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee in room 7950 of the modern transportation engineering center. Members of the college Party committee, members of the party and government team and the chairman of the trade union attended the study, and the meeting was presided over by fan Junhui, Secretary of the college Party committee.

The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee was successfully held in Beijing from November 8 to 11, 2021. This is a meeting of great historical significance held at an important historical juncture. On the occasion of the centennial of the founding of the party, the Party Central Committee convened the Sixth Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee to comprehensively summarize the party's major achievements and historical experience in the Centennial struggle. It is a solemn historical and strategic decision, which reflects our party's high political consciousness of attaching importance to and being good at using the laws of history, and our party's confidence and responsibility to bear in mind its original mission and forge ahead into the future.

The most important outcome of the plenary session was considered and adopted <Resolution of the CPC Central Committee on the major achievements and historical experience of the party's hundred year struggle>, which is also the third historical resolution in the history of the party.
