In order to further strengthen the whole process of postgraduate training and continuously improve the quality of postgraduate training, on the afternoon of November 16, 2021, the College held a seminar on "how graduate tutors lead students to do scientific research" in conference room 7950 of modern transportation engineering center. Zhao Xiaoli, vice president, attended and presided over the training. The college has newly hired master directors to participate in the training in recent 5 years.

President Zhao Xiaoli proposed to continuously improve the comprehensive quality and scientific research ability of graduate students, and the training plan and various rules and regulations should continue to move towards standardization and integration.
