This program is based oninformation and communication engineering discipline, which caters to thecutting-edge technologies of electronic engineering and information engineering. It stresses electronic information engineering and communication technology, computer technology and microelectronic technology or other interdisciplinary subjects. Besides the cooperation with foreign university, it adopts some teaching modes such as engineering practices, and integrates knowledge transfer, ability training with quality education. Through thisprogram, students will become applied advanced engineering technical talents.They are trained to acquire well-founded basic theory and practical knowledge expertiserelated to electronic and information technology, and develop a strong sense ofinnovation and higher comprehensive quality and English proficiency. They will demonstrate strong engineering practicability in developing embedded system,wire or wireless communication engineering and system on a programmable chip.It is a cooperative program with LAWRENCE TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY, introducing US advanced teaching ideas, methods,skills and resources, which is intended to fully strengthen their innovative capabilities, foreign language training and practical skills.
